Welcome to UCV, a service provided by Tetsuo Solutions. By using the UCV platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the UCV app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

  2. Registration and Account Security

    • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on UCV.
    • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
    • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

  3. Use of the Service

    • License: UCV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for its intended purposes.
    • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the UCV app. Misuse of UCV’s services, including but not limited to introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious or harmful material, is strictly prohibited.

  4. Content Guidelines

    • User Responsibility: You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through UCV.
    • Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. UCV reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate by us.

  5. Payment and Transactions

    • Finality of Payments: All payments made on the UCV platform are final. There are no returns or refunds except under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.
    • User Responsibility: You are responsible for any charges associated with your use of UCV, including taxes and fees.

  6. Privacy Policy

    Respect for Privacy: UCV respects your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  7. Chat and Video Call Interactions

    • Communication Responsibility: UCV provides chat and video call features to facilitate communication between customers and vendors. However, UCV is not responsible for any actions or interactions that occur between customers and vendors through these features.
    • Suspension of Accounts: If any misuse, harassment, or illegal activity is reported during these interactions, UCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of the involved parties.

  8. Vendor Responsibilities

    • Compliance with Export Guidelines: Vendors are required to ensure that all items sold through UCV comply with the export guidelines and regulations set forth by the Government of India and the United States.
    • Prohibition of Illegal Products: Any illegal products listed or sold on UCV will be promptly removed. UCV does not endorse or encourage the sale of illegal products and is not responsible for any unlawful actions by vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all legal requirements.

  9. Email Abuse & Threat Policy

    • Professional Communication: Users are expected to communicate professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
    • Prohibited Activities:
      • Threats of Bodily Harm: Explicit threats of bodily harm are strictly prohibited.
      • Misuse of UCV System: Misuse of UCV’s services will be investigated.
      • Spoof Emails: UCV will never ask for sensitive information via email. Report any fake emails immediately.
      • Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial messages through UCV is not allowed.
      • External Transactions: Offers to buy or sell outside of the UCV platform are prohibited.
    • Consequences: Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, listing cancellations, or other penalties.

  10. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All content, trademarks, and data on the UCV platform are owned by Tetsuo Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on UCV without our express written consent.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    • No Liability for Indirect Damages: UCV and Tetsuo Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
    • User Content and Interactions: We are not responsible for any content posted by users or for any interactions between users.

  12. Termination

    Account Termination: UCV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

  13. Governing Law

    Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
